The king- sized bed was nice.

The bathroom had leaking faucets and the tub was awful.

I always try to stay in a high-end hotel room when traveling - why stay in a hotel room if it's not as nice as your house. For an Omni hotel, we were so disappointed.

Clean with extra amenities such as very nice bathrobes, down comforter, and the quality toiletries.

The $18 charge for self-parking was excessive.

I would make a point of staying here again if I were to travel to New Haven. Hotel has a good location and has the level of service and quality of accommodations which I would expect of a hotel with a 4-star rating. ...read more
